What you’ll be doing...

Key member as part of Central Strategy team with emphasis on “Transformation, Advisory & Governance” involved in Global Delivery Model,the role requires you to primarily work with the Senior leadership team and all functional teams to design, implement and govern organization-wide strategic initiatives. Program management skills along with a good grasp on finance governance, vendor andstakeholdermanagement are key requirements for this position.

Responsiblities include

  • Drivingcross-functional collaboration at various levels within the center by driving key programs
  • Building business cases for various initiative/ engagements that create impact and present them to respective stakeholders
  • Providingrecommendations, communicate important information and insights to IT leaders to access the performance against Business and Transformational priorities
  • Bringing in discipline and execution focus to the center priorities by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc.
  • Working closely with Leaders and other key support functions in forming collaborative teams that help execute the center priorities
  • Operationalizingand sustaining processes that emerge out of Center priorities and other initiatives
  • Leading key programs / initiatives on the Workforce Planning, Vendor Governance related to Supplier and Vendor Performance Management,Resourcing/Engagement models, Executive Reporting
  • Evaluating, designing, execute measure, monitor and control business processes.
  • Working closely with other related programs and provide support towards solving business problems by applying program management principlesing.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelors Degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Program Management / Governance.
  • PMP or any equivalent certification.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree.
  • A go-getter with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and drive issues to resolutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Presentation skill(slides, documents, excel/gsheet).
