What you’ll be doing...

You will play a lead role in identifying and creating new products/offerings and launching those products to customers and the Verizon Connect organization. You will work with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams and work with customers to create strategic prioritization to add value to our customers to ease customer pain points as well as look for opportunities to drive innovation and revenue.

  • Be Customer Obsessed – Always start with the customer first and work back. Actively build customer relationships, understand their business goals and pain points. Be the customers’ voice.
  • Data-Driven - Anchors decisions for product/product area based on data. Partners with UX Researchers & Analytics teams to ensure we have the data and research required to make data informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit – We’re looking for a strategic thinker who sets a product vision and strategy around the needs of our customers and growing business.
  • Strategic Mindset - Responsible for clearly understanding our business strategy and how to translate that into a successful strategy for your product/product area. Leverage an opportunity evaluation methodology, whereby priorities can be set based on business and customer value opportunities
  • Go-To-Market - Responsibility for partnering with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Success and the broader business to ensure there are robust go-to-market strategies in place for the successful launch of your products/areas of your product.

Where you’ll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience working directly with the customer on customer-facing products.
  • Four or more years of experience working closely with Software Engineering and UX/ Design teams.
  • Experience working on SaaS and Mobile products.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Experience with global companies with distributed teams and an international environment.
  • Comfort in presenting results and working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Six or more years In Product Management or a related field.
