As the Visible GTM Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all training needs for all care agents associated with Visible’s go-to-market (GTM) features, releases, updates and promotions ensuring that all Visible customer care representatives can confidently support the initiatives led by Visible’s product and marketing teams. Your role will be to manage the stream of requests from multiple stakeholders across the organization, scope and funnel those requests, and to recommend the necessary learning assets that will be needed to support them, from videos, courses, knowledge article updates, in-app notifications, and communications. Often, you will be asked to develop some of those assets yourself, but more often, you’ll be asked to deliver requirements to partners who support communications, training development, and knowledge article production.

Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Partnering directly with product owners and stakeholders with various backgrounds and from various teams who need training services to ensure the success of their projects and programs.
  • Asking questions to identify and communicate recommendations for training that balance the needs of the stakeholder with the practical limitations of the training team.
  • Balancing the needs of agents and the expectations of stakeholders with the practical limitations of stand-alone training.
  • Managing a large portfolio of learning assets in various stages of development by checking on statuses and moving them through processes to completion.
  • Translating business needs into sound and achievable learning objectives.
  • Producing and reviewing various drafts of learning content including knowledge base articles and lessons, with key stakeholders including Care leadership, Engineering leadership, BPO leadership, and general legal counsel.
  • Understanding and following co-employment guidelines for vendor partner training and interactions.
  • Driving learning timelines that allow adequate time for content creation, review, training launch and follow up.
  • Optimizing workplace technology and platforms like Slack and Asana (or other comparable communication and task-management platforms) to automate tasks, improve reliability, create transparency, and save time.
  • Using data and analytics to make informed recommendations regarding where and how to allocate time and resources and guiding stakeholders to do the same.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience leading as a project manager related to job functionality.
  • Knowledge of wireless networks, mobile devices, customer service processes, and training processes for care teams.
  • Fluency working across Google Workplace, Slack, and Asana or comparable web-based collaboration, communication, and task-management tools.
  • Experience managing competing deadlines and priorities and delegating tasks accordingly to a team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Knowledge of modern learning technologies and methodologies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in writing, education, organizational development, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in education, organizational development, business, or a related field.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Project management experience or PMP certification.
  • A willingness to look at needs holistically and provide solutions for these needs.
  • Experience working with a global and diverse team across multiple workgroups.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience building workflow processes and advanced automation features in Google Workplace, Slack, and Asana or comparable web-based collaboration, communication, and task-management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $75,000 and $139,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
