What you’ll be doing...

The Program Management Office (PMO) for the Southern California submarket is the governing organization for oversight and control points for programs that drive our Network’s growth and reliability. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an established team, working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Work in conjunction with internal business partners (including RF, Real Estate, Regulatory, Implementation, Network Assurance and System Performance), and take a leading role in delivering and implementing POR goals.
  • Provide governance and drive direction of multiple cross-organizational work streams on which the success of network programs is dependent.
  • Impact individual project completion by applying sound engineering discipline and by working closely with vendors, turn-keys, internal suppliers, and taking into consideration cost, time frame and deployment options.
  • Manage end-to-end programs and efficiencies, across all network technology, product, operations and functional support organizations.
  • Establish delivery of reporting and quality dashboards that detail Milestone queues and identify bottlenecks.
  • Be a catalyst for change and efficiency as we improve or leverage existing processes.

If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
