What you’ll be doing...

Our team's primary functions are to ensure all usage-related charges are processed accurately and timely by Verizon's mediation systems, so that Verizon can maintain revenue integrity while our customers have a great experience. You will be expected to take the lead on all complex system production issues or error queues, develop and/or enhance existing audits and controls, and lead our team on any assigned projects and/or new product implementations. Ultimately, your role will be to identify and resolve all issues that impact the timeliness and accuracy of our customers' usage-related invoice charges which will have a direct impact on Verizon's key objectives.

  • Perform complex audits and system controls.
  • Work and resolve assigned system error queues.
  • Drive timely resolution to customer-generated tickets, revenue-impacting issues, and other miscellaneous system issues.
  • Identify opportunities for new or enhanced system audits and create user story requirements to deliver improvements.
  • Work closely with IT and other business partners to drive systematic solutions to active production issues or process gaps.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
  • Strong organization and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to investigate and uncover the root cause of issues.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and project management.
