What you’ll be doing...

As a member of the Regional Staff team, you will partner with key players within and outside the organization to provide strategic support of Wireline Operations including Construction, Fiber/Core Installation & Maintenance, and Central Office Network Operations. You’ll be part of the team concentrating on delivering insight into efficiency improvements, customer service, process and training, safety compliance and culture. The work you’ll do every day will impact nearly five thousandemployees and improve the way the Mid Atlantic North region operates.

  • Utilizing data to drive decision making, including data collection and extraction, providing packaged analysis, and presentation of results.
  • Identifying big picture trends and opportunities for efficiency across one or more lines of business.
  • Providing concise reporting to highlight best practices as well as areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with your peers to stay on top of critical compliance and action items and execute quickly.
  • Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and other important materials.
  • Performing ad hoc project-related duties as requested.

What we’re looking for...

You will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Field Operations tools and systems (Optix, OneTouch, VFleet, vBuild, Tableau, DC Web).
  • Experience with Google Suite productivity and connection tools including: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides/docs/sheets.
  • Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
  • A valid driver's license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree
  • Ability to work well independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to focus on the details.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, communications, and reports.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities for yourself and others.
  • Project management experience and/or PMP certification.
