Whether it’s an in-cabin smart dashcam, a mobile app for pre-trip inspections, a tablet carried around the job site, or a display on the office wall showing the status of the entire fleet, our IoT experience spans multiple contexts and industries, serving small family businesses to large enterprises all over the globe.
As a Research Operations Specialist on our UX Research team, you will enable us to maximize impact with our research by helping the team to work more efficiently. The focus of this role will be on creating a strategy and managing participant recruitment. You will also assist with other customer insight process improvement initiatives by collaborating with the team to better understand their process and how you can improve it. You will be part of an extensive mentorship network, coached not only by your manager but by multiple talented, experienced researchers who will inspire you to do your best work and help you to progress in your career.
Responsibilities:
Create and actively manage our participant recruiting strategy.
Assist researchers with recruitment, screening, scheduling, running, and incentivizing participants for research efforts.
Work with 3rd party vendors to supplement our recruiting efforts.
Coordinate, organize, and evaluate research programs and processes on the Verizon Connect Experience Team.
Advocate for the customer experience.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
