What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be supervising a team of analysts and senioranalysts responsible for performing billing activities for Verizon Connect Telogis fleet and OEM customers. This team is responsible for processing invoices for fleet services billing totaling ~375M dollars annually and verification of the source data for revenue accuracy. Your role is critical in managing our billing systems and the financial health of our business today and in the future.

  • Ensuring the proper research and timely resolution of variances by working with appropriate internal and external parties.
  • This leadership role ensures the team is researching and responding to various billing requests or disputes, resolving in a timely manner with excellent communication to internal and external customers.
  • This candidate will lead the team to ensure necessary controls are in place, improve processes and identify efficiencies.
  • The candidate must have a proven record of successful leadership, the ability to personally resolve complex issues and deliver a world-class experience to our Verizon customers through on-time delivery of work, accuracy of information, and best of class customer service.
  • Reviewing and approving all entries and interfaces completed by your team.
  • Assisting with the implementation of various business initiatives.
  • Leading, motivating and training your team to be effective in their roles.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • ABachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-system environment keeping a balance between accuracy and managing high volumes.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team to be effective in their roles.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload, team's workload, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands and competing priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to be flexible, creative, and resourceful.
