What you’ll be doing...

Responsible for leading and influencing the organization's reward strategy and ensuring that decisions made on rewards, recognition, and other compensation and benefits programs align with the corporate strategy, are competitive, sustainable, deliver the organization's goals, enhance productivity and engagement, and are fully compliant with local regulatory requirements.

  • Overseeing, evaluating, designing, and delivering Total Rewards programs (e.g., base pay, short-term incentives, sales incentives, global benefits, severance, recognition and retention rewards).
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures and recommending plan revisions.
  • Partnering with Talent Management to align approaches to performance with compensation and benefits practices as well as facilitating execution via the development of world-class compensation education programs.
  • Compensation Consulting Services
  • Compensation Solutions for issues, programs, and policies
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Compensation Program Design and Development
  • Compensation Transaction Analysis and Measurement Reporting
  • Country Benefits Management
  • Total Rewards Compliance for all countries in Region
  • Global Policy Implementation at Regional / Country Level
  • Jointly responsible with the International Benefits Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions for the region
  • Accountable for strategy and policy management of the EMEA car fleet.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience managing total rewards (i.e., Compensation, Benefits & wellness) for a region in International.
  • Fluency in English.

Even better if you have one or moreof the following:

  • Ability to manage medium to large integration projects from an M&A perspective.
  • Experience managing car feet - strategy and policy.
