What you’ll be doing...
Our network engineering team keeps us ahead of the competition. As an Sr RF Manager, you’ll provide technical leadership to the RF team, complete budget/planning analysis, and demand/traffic analysis. You’ll also provide guidance to the market on RF planning and develop network evolution/growth plans. You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers continue to enjoy the crystal-clear connections and top-notch network performance that we’re known for.
The Sr RF Manager role will provide technical leadership to a team of engineers who will be responsible for RF network design in Northern California/Northern Nevada. The position will be located in the Folsom, CA office.
The manager will provide leadership, vision, direction, supervision, and development of RF Design Engineers and Capacity Planning Engineers. Stimulate individual and team performance through timely constructive feedback and encouragement through open participative management.
