What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be working with our internal customers and external suppliers to resolve Accounts Payable issues. Enabling us to run more efficiently by looking for policies or processes that can be further streamlined will also be an important part of your role. We pride ourselves on being the best Finance team in the business and you can be part of it, helping to keep our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork.

  • Coordinating Accounts Payable (AP) systems and staff support of AP processes in all systems utilized by Corporate Card and Employee Business Expense Team.
  • Acting as overall AP SME (Subject Matter Expert) and SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Employee Business Expense and Corporate Card.
  • Resolving escalations and issues related to Employee Expense and Corporate Card processes and systems.
  • Monitor daily and monthly reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, build adhoc queries in support of reporting and data requests.
  • Managing projects and support for large and medium size projects within AP.
  • Leading and supporting mergers, acquisitions and divestiture activity, lead process redesign initiatives, perform analytical audits of Employee Expense and Corporate Card processes.
  • Coordinate, document and communicate enhancements to internal and external functional users.
  • Develop communication and training content for Accounts Payable and internal functional users.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable management/staff and other departments in support of time bound processes.
  • Support tax, audit and compliance requests.
  • Developing and supporting systems testing related to defects and enhancements.
  • Evaluating current processes and seeking ways to automate further.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics.
    • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
    • Accounts payable and/or general ledger experience.
    • Experience in project management.
    • Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft or Concur.
    • Experience in systems design, configuration, testing and implementations.
    • Experience using Microsoft Access.
