What you’ll be doing...

We are hiring a superstar Integrated Marketing Manager, to develop the strategy and oversee the execution of product/devices, service, and promo marketing campaigns that create awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is a data-focused marketer, with a keen eye on details, and someone who can synthesize and leverage consumer, market, and performance data, to develop remarkable marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will manage the internal briefing process across the aforementioned launches and oversee the end-to-end tactics for our marketing approach. Furthermore, you will identify and/or design themes and opportunities that enable Visible to breakthrough and capture prospect consumers. You will manage the day-to-day process of launching brand marketing campaigns.

This is a high-profile role that brings measurable value to the success of our business. Additionally, it is a great fit for an energetic self-starter who enjoys driving marketing impact and operational efficiency through building world-class campaigns, and developing scalable processes.

In short, as part of the above purview, the three critical elements of this role are demand generation, demand capture, and retention.

  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics that gain the interest of potential members, nurture high-fit prospects into members, and retain those members for the long-term.
  • Discover and create data-centric opportunities that allow us to make more effective and efficient decisions for the ways in which we drive acquisitions through marketing channels.
  • Develop strategies that nurture member relationships, drive continuous brand trust, and retain members.

Where you’ll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with B2C marketing.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships, and developing high-impact strategic campaigns and channel strategy.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Experience at a telecom, subscriber-based digital company or a retail/product-focused brand.
