What you’ll be doing...

  • Conduct regular inspections and monitors operation of the electrical and mechanical equipment supporting the facility’s critical operations.
  • Analyze the operation of the various systems and determine the cause of any problems / malfunctions with corrective actions as required.
  • Perform & ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is undertaken
  • Supervise vendor works to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
  • Ensure works executed in accordance to approved Method of Procedures (MOP).
  • Effectively manage all Administrative, critical environment and other FM functions, ensuring all procedures, processes, and requirements are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide customers with technical support and engineering solution as well as providing prompt feedback to management and customers on the progress of work or problems encountered
  • Monitor and update the list of legal requirements and ensure its compliance among the various departments
  • Facilities System Service & Maintenance Contract Management
  • Comply to Work Instructions, Procedures and Ensuring Proper Documentation

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Building and M&E facilities planning & management.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Demonstrated experience with critical HVAC, high voltage and low voltage switch gears, switch boards, generators, fire detection/suppression, UPS systems, Static Transfer Switches, building monitoring and control systems, and safe work practices.
  • Conversant in AutoCAD,Microsoft Office andGoggle applications
  • Able to read & understand Architectural and M&E drawings
  • Familiar with the local code of Practice and Standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skill.
