What you’ll be doing...

As a supply chain planning senior consultant you will be responsible for implementation of SAP IBP solution. You will independently lead implementation of IBP S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning process and Inventory Planning. You will lead the team and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions.

  • Design, build, and configure IBP applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Driving IBP project deliverables and liaise with other teams.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding business needs and leading thoughtful design discussions around meeting those business needs in a standard manner fully leveraging SAP product capabilities.
  • Working with Global Supply Chain and business planners to understand Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (including production planning and scheduling), and IBP business processes and provide the technology to support these processes.
  • Providing best fit solution to design production planning and scheduling process based on standard SAP IBP functionality, and where necessary, customizing to fulfill the needs of the business.
  • Provide overall architecture recommendation.
  • Provide best practices in IBP.
  • Performing unit testing of changes (e.g., configuration, custom development) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with supply chain planning and at least one full-lifecycle of project implementation experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) (optionally SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR)).
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning modules.
  • Knowledge of supply chain Processes in SAP.
  • IBP experience with supply planning (Heuristics and Optimizer) with model configuration, inventory optimization with model planning with model configuration, forecasting and demand management with model planning and configuration, sales and operations planning with model configuration and planning, planning views/charts/Alerts.
  • Integration Experience with CPI-DS and HANA SDI.
  • Cross-module knowledge of HANA, Fiori, MM, SCM, APO and BW.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 for Windows (including Excel).
  • Experience supporting existing SAP ERP planning-related business processes.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree.
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology or a related project waterfall methodology.
  • Expertise in Retail POS Data Transfer & Audit.
  • Expertise in SAP Merchandise Planning & SAP Assortment Planning.
  • Experience with SAP Retail Sales Forecasting, Omni-channel Inventory Availability & Sourcing, Pricing, and Promotions.
  • Knowledge of front-end Fiori development (HTMLS/CSS/JavaScript).
  • SAP certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills (this is an internal customer facing role).
  • Expertise in S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning processes.
  • IBP solution expertise to design, build, test, and deploy.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with a SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies.
