What you’ll be doing...
We're looking for someone to be a lead on all key initiatives and process creations for the Indirect Channel while executing within required timelines. Essential to this position includes confident leadership capability driving multi-functions of the pre/post sales through a consistent support model while working with multiple subject matter experts. You’ll serve as a team lead with the ops team to ensure all are consistently following the processes, documentation is thorough and all Partners are provided support as needed. You will be regarded as the go to for Public Sector and Corp Channel Ops. You will create and establish Public Sector Partner processes and procedures. You’ll be a critical lead for Partners and internal Verizon on readouts regarding data findings, analysis, and overall communications.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

People follow your lead because you know how to work well with others and appreciate their differences. Someone that can work across many levels and organizations in order to achieve needed outcomes. You have conviction in your vision and ideas and include others as to have the best overall outcome.
