What you’ll be doing...

We're looking for someone to be a lead on all key initiatives and process creations for the Indirect Channel while executing within required timelines. Essential to this position includes confident leadership capability driving multi-functions of the pre/post sales through a consistent support model while working with multiple subject matter experts. You’ll serve as a team lead with the ops team to ensure all are consistently following the processes, documentation is thorough and all Partners are provided support as needed. You will be regarded as the go to for Public Sector and Corp Channel Ops. You will create and establish Public Sector Partner processes and procedures. You’ll be a critical lead for Partners and internal Verizon on readouts regarding data findings, analysis, and overall communications.

  • Lead the implementation and creation of processes.
  • Drive consistent methodology across the Indirect Channel.
  • Balance multiple priorities while meeting timelines.
  • Create dashboards/reports to streamline metrics, trending and gap closure initiatives.
  • Work with team on best practices to enhance ease of doing business.
  • Manage sub activities with direct reports for timely execution.

Where you’ll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

Demonstrated success in leading previous projects and the implementation of processes. You have the ability to handle the execution of simultaneous priorities while balancing multiple priorities. People follow your lead because you know how to work well with others and appreciate their differences. Someone that can work across many levels and organizations in order to achieve needed outcomes. You have conviction in your vision and ideas and include others as to have the best overall outcome.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite.
  • Knowledge of the sales process (i.e., from order to billing to revenue).
  • Experience with sales-related systems.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Eight or more years of PMO experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously as well as direct reports.
  • Systems experience: Contract Viewer, OneView, Optix and Proquest, SFDC, VRD, SPA and GCH.
