What you’ll be doing...

5G & Enterprise Solutions at Verizon develops integrated transformative solutions for Enterprises based on a wide range of technologies. Our clients want to gain insights from data collected directly from their operations and through partners. Our data analytics platform allows Enterprises to unlock value, enhance their customer’s experience and make data-driven decisions to drive their business.

The Global Solutions Executiveis an accomplished business development individual who can work with our Enterprise clients to define data-based strategies and solutions leveraging our Data Insights platform. This individual will work closely with our Data Engineering, Legal and Privacy teams to close new business. The primary focus and measure of success for this role will be revenue growth from our Data Insights solutions. Key functions for the Global Executive Solutions include:

  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients at multiple levels of their organization
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders of our Data Engineering, Products, Privacy, and Legal teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Verizon’s data analytics capabilities.
  • Pinpoint data on market shifting trends and provide market insights, drivers, and customer feedback to our partner organizations for product and technology positioning and enhancements.
  • Identify compelling use cases, repeatable solutions, and partnerships that can be scaled to drive growth.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years in a client-facing, B2B business development role.
  • Experience interfacing directly with Senior Leaders.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with planning forresult-oriented execution.
  • Familiarity with data monetization models, AdTech and/or Internet of Things.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and win new clients.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and influence across functional areas.
  • Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Curiosity about what is around the corner that could be a game-changer.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability to achieve our growth objective.
